Back to School: It’s Not Just for Recent High School Grads

College students today are older, more diverse and have more work and family obligations to balance. Today, nearly 40 percent of college enrollments are adults over the age of 25, a percentage that’s expected to grow by 20 percent by the year 2020. How are working adults fitting school into their already busy schedules? More and more undergraduates are taking online classes or commuting to campus. In fact, only 14 percent of today’s college students attend classes full time and live on campus.
