This infographic hits close to home. A close friend owns a snowboard shop, but running a retail brink & mortar for 20 years didn’t prepare my colleague for the task of creating a job description, evaluating, and hiring for a role he had basically no experience with.  Several of the talking points of the IG point out great articles. The first links out to a post on Inc.com that breaks down the steps to getting job requirements and qualifications down on paper which was a huge step in the right direction.
