The following infographic by Lincoln Property Company shows how living in a supportive apartment community can help offset the stress of work and presents some shocking facts. For example, a whopping 89% of people surveyed said their work-life balance is a problem. Long work hours cause irritability, anxiousness, depression and worry. 42% of women surveyed also reported stress on the job and an astonishing 3 out of 4 American employees report being chronically overworked. Women aged 18-25 and over 60 reported the most amount of work related stress. Are you using your vacation time? Turns out 1/3 of employees don’t use theirs!
