The healthcare industry is expected to add 4 million jobs by 2020. But as baby boomers retire, it seems to look more and more like there will be a significant shortage of qualified nurses in the next decade. Some 200,000 nursing positions are predicted to be left vacant by 2025. In order to prevent the impending shortage, we have to bring more nurses into the medical field.
