    I wish I could get more sleep but my current work schedule doesn’t allow for it. When you go 1p-10p twice in a row, then a day off, then 6a-3p then a day off then 6a-3p two more times, it’s hard to develop an adequate sleep cycle. After a day off when you slept in until 11 like the previous two days, you can’t sleep at 9 or 10 pm being too awake. Sleeping at 11pm doesn’t work as git keeps you awake until 11pm the next night meaning an inadequate amount of sleep on the 6 shifts…
