Tiny Hearts has created an infographic for The World’s Fastest Workout! It’s a 4 minute workout that follows the popular Tabata Protocol, a training style used by Japanese Olympic athletes. It’s a popular form of high intensity interval training, similar to the now famous 7 Minute Workout.
