Brytewire recently surveyed a panel of local consumers to learn how websites influence their attitudes and actions toward a business.  Consumers were asked what were the most important components of a local businesses’ website and what factors lead them to making a determination about the validity or quality of a service provider.  The results provide some interesting insights for local business owners into how they should design and optimize their sites to make it most relevant to their customers.
