A recent survey by Refused Car Finance has found that 1 in 3 drivers found the rules during the first COVID-19 lockdown in England to be ‘confusing’.
The survey showed that drivers didn’t understand the ever changing rules as to where you can and can’t drive, how far and for what reasons. They also found that over 1/4 of drivers said that they have shared a car with someone outside of their household or support bubble.
