A CCJ is a court order issued in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. CCJs hit a record high in 2019, but the average value has almost halved since 2010, reaching a record low in 2017. A CCJ can remain on your record for up to 6 years from the date of issue unless you pay the full amount owed within one month.
