And now an infographic has revealed that nearly six out of 10 people feel that remote working is the way forward for businesses as a flexible approach to staffing has numerous advantages in the short and long term. Remote working helps to reduce stress as workers can avoid the tedious commute to and from the office and it can also reduce office costs due to the reduction of office space needed.
The poll also discovered how staff communicate with each other at present and their preferred method of communication for employees, with 54% stating that they’d like one system to communicate everything through to make sure important messages do not get lost and to improve response rates.
