The COVID-19 pandemic caused a number of changes to the economy, but one of the most dramatic effects was on the housing market. Prices skyrocketed from 2020 to 2024.
This study from the Mortgage Calculator team shows which cities saw the biggest increases in housing prices. Some of the increases are staggering at 70% or above.
