Recently eight US states voted FOR marijuana legalization. Arkansas, North Dakota, Florida and Montana now allow patients to use much needed medicine without breaking the law. California, Maine, Massachusetts and Nevada have fully opened up and now allow marijuana for adult recreational use. These are great wins for the cannabis sativa plant but the federal government has not caught up yet.
