Also included is the total number of fatal truck accidents in the U.S. between 2004 and 2008—and the number is a staggering one.
The infographic also includes a color-coded map of the United States, with a state-by-state breakdown of the number of truck accidents that occurred within that same four-year period. Driving conditions are also specified, including distance, weather, and other environmental factors.
Finally, the graphic provides a visual representation of what caused the accidents, such as recklessness, drowsiness, drugs or alcohol, speed, and distraction.
