There are multiple reasons to start using the stairs more, whether you’re at work or just out an about. Climbing 3 flights of stairs, three times daily can burn as much as 11,700 calories over the course of a year and the energy saved by doing so equates to the same amount of CO2 produced as sending 30,000 emails.
