Arkham Asylum is the famous mental institution holding many of Batman’s Rouges Gallery. It holds the criminally insane of Gotham City who want nothing more than to steal, kill and destroy. It has held some of the worst of the worst that the DC Comic universe has ever seen. Though it seems that with constant escapes their security may be lacking.

But be careful! But before you start stomping around Gotham in a Joker costume, make sure you know exactly what to expect when the GCPD arrest you.
