From flexible working hours to a simple free brew, work perks in 2017 vary massively from person to person, and office to office. Andrews Sykes wanted to shed some light on this matter, so they carried out a national survey looking into what exactly employees are receiving from their employers right now, and more importantly, questioning them on what they really want and how getting these perks could positively impact their morale, productivity, and happiness whilst at work.
