As part of analysis conducted of brand experiences for summer 2021 by ID Agency, they wanted to find out what consumers expectations will be. This infographic shares data from an independent survey of over 340 UK consumers which involved questions on how they have engaged with brands in lockdown and what they want to see in the future.
