Staying hydrated is a crucial part of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Hydration is important because it helps with food digestion, carries oxygen throughout the body, increases exercise activity levels, and aids in weight loss and management.

How much water you need depends on your age and body type, but a general rule of thumb is 74 ounces for female adults and 101 ounces for male adults. To drink more water, you should use a water bottle with tracking on it and refill your water glass as soon as it is empty.
