The “4 ones rule” involves eating one meal, one beverage, one plate, and one hour. You will consume your meal within a 4 hour eating window following the 4 ones rule everyday. You can choose your 4 hour eating window to be whatever fits your lifestyle. Some prefer to eat earlier in the day, while others prefer later in the evening.
