The United States should ratify the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) to align with international standards, improve child protection, promote child participation, and encourage comprehensive policy development. Ratification would also increase accountability, strengthen international cooperation, and set a positive example for other countries in protecting children’s rights and well-being.
