The USS Batfish is a Balao Class submarine from World War 2. During its 7 wartime patrols it sunk 15 Japanese warships and solidified its place in history as one of the most successful submarines.
During a 76 hour period on its 6th war patrol, the USS Batfish sank 3 enemy submarines, the most sub to sub kills for any submarine in history! The Batfish is now one of the 22 submarine museums around the United States.
